Debbie's >15 years experience includes degrees in sport psychology and exercise physiology, publications in international fitness magazines, national conference presentations, worksite wellness,  sports training seminars, certifying  personal trainers and college instruction for exercise science students.

As a competitive athlete, Debbie excelled in figure skating, soccer, competitive aerobics and placed 3rd for her age group at the Detroit Free Press Marathon and ran the Boston Marathon.
